Your information will be stored securely by English Lamp Posts Ltd (trading as the British Ironwork Centre) and will be updated or deleted upon request. Our handling time for requests for deleting or updating personal data is a maximum of one month. Subject access requests which may be deemed unreasonable maybe subject to charge.

Who do we share your personal data with?
We will never sell any of your personal data to a third party. However, in order for us to provide you with the correct services for maximum customer satisfaction, we work with a number of trusted service provides who carry out services on our behalf. When you purchase products from us, the services provided by these organisations include deliveries and processing payments. It is in our legitimate interest as a business to work with these service providers as we may not have the capabilities to provide these services ourselves.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes of the business.
In relation to Membership to the British Ironwork Centre, you, the visitor, can unsubscribe from of membership updates by following the link at the bottom of every email. You can also request the cancellation of your membership and the deletion of your data at any time by contacting our data protection officer. Membership cards are renewed every 12 months. Non members information is held and retained on site for a period of 3 months only. This personal data will not be shared and is for health and safety and insurance purposes only.
We use CCTV cameras on our site. Please be advised we do take photographs on site. If you do not wish to have your picture taken, please inform a member of staff. If you require further information, please contact our Data Protection Officer.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes we will let you know, but please reguarlly check this policy to ensure you are aware of the most updated version.
